Everything the hall needs, from one piece to the whole night
Our pieces are our own, held in our warehouses in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, and our own team prepares, installs and collects them after the event. Everything agreed is set down in the services contract, item by item.

Four steps, and a contract you can read
Nothing is installed before the contract is signed and the deposit paid. Every item in the hall appears in the contract at its price, and nothing is added later except by a signed addendum.
Site visit & design
We visit the hall or the house, take the measurements, and agree the register, the palette and the guest count with you.
Quotation & contract
An itemised quotation, then a signed services contract with a deposit, the balance falling due as installation begins.
Prepared from the warehouse
Pieces are picked in Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah and loaded against a manifest that matches the contract line by line.
Install & hand over
Installed on site ahead of time, with our team staying until the room is ready, then struck and returned after the event.
Tahani Al Khaleej for Wedding Services
Operating since 1991 and licensed by the Sharjah Economic Development Department, the company specialises in Gulf wedding and celebration services. Our office is in Sharjah, our warehouses are in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, and we work across the Emirates.
The core pieces belong to us rather than being hired in, which is why the date, the price and the finish stay under our control. We work in both registers: Emirati heritage with its façades, palms and pottery, and the contemporary language of white forms and architectural light. Every job begins with a signed services contract, and the installation crew are our own staff, on site until the room is ready for guests.
